The presentation throughout is faultless with every aspect of maintenance addressed to a high standard. The complex was painted 2 and a half years ago, with new furniture – sofas, beds, bedding & carpets also being upgraded just 2 years ago. New TVs were added 3 years ago.

Entry to the reception is inviting through a covered, tiled foyer.
It is very hard to find quarters of this size and quality. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are all very spacious with plentiful wardrobe space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the family bathroom offers a spa bath.
The current owners have established a very strong clientele over their 8 years and have grown their corporate market significantly through their association with Host Accommodation. The business itself is returning year in, year out a very good net profit. The current owners have consistently spent money on maintaining and upgrading their motel.
Whakatane also has a very significant business and corporate market year-round through companies such as Fonterra, Norske Skog Tasman, Allied Industrial Engineering and of course – the burgeoning boat building industry.
